About the role

We are looking for our future Control­ling Busi­ness Partner Sales & Marke­ting Nether­lands based at our site in ’s-Hertogenbosch.


Repor­ting to the COBP Manager Sales & Marke­ting Zone North, you drive the finan­cial perfor­mance of the Sales & Marke­ting Team Nether­lands while being part of the local management team. You are also part of the inter­na­ti­onal Control­ling Busi­ness Partner team.


Your main respon­si­bi­li­ties include:


Stra­tegic Busi­ness Part­nering

  • Act as a trusted partner to the local Nether­lands Management Team: interact with deci­sion makers, high­light finan­cial impacts, and provide a solid set of data for deci­sion-making. You take a forward-looking perspec­tive, iden­tify oppor­tu­ni­ties and risks, and chal­lenge management with sharp insights.
  • You ensure transpa­rent, reliable and clear management infor­ma­tion. Through your analyses and conclu­sions, you support the orga­ni­za­tion in making well-consi­dered deci­sions.

Finan­cial Plan­ning, Fore­cas­ting & Perfor­mance Management

  • Trans­late opera­ti­onal plans into finan­cial logic and ensure the consis­tent appli­ca­tion of our Group standards across all processes.
  • Be accoun­table for fore­cas­ting accu­racy and execu­tion of fore­cas­ting processes.
  • On a monthly base and consi­de­ring busi­ness context, analyze perfor­mance, high­light vari­ances, comment results with a clear status on key levers.
  • Co-built and contri­bute to the imple­men­ta­tion of asso­ci­ated action plans when needed. Ensure actions plans proper finan­cial follow-up.

Closing, Repor­ting & Finan­cial Gover­nance

  • Contri­bute to the monthly closing and repor­ting prepa­ra­tions in strong colla­bo­ra­tion with Accoun­ting team.
  • Esta­blish finan­cial indi­ca­tors reflec­ting the true image of the opera­ti­onal perfor­mance.

KPI Management & Opera­ti­onal Impro­ve­ment

  • Chal­lenge KPIs and their moni­to­ring to increase effi­ci­ency through new digital tools.
  • Based on KPI analyses, propose rele­vant and concrete actions to improve opera­ti­onal perfor­mance.

Risk Management, Compli­ance & Gover­nance

  • Ensure compli­ance with legal and contrac­tual obli­ga­tions within the orga­ni­za­tion. Opti­mize contract terms, insu­rance poli­cies and proces­sing agree­ments in line with appli­cable laws and regu­la­tions. Acti­vely monitor GDPR requi­re­ments and ensure that all agree­ments are properly imple­mented and adhered to.

What do you bring?

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in Finance & Control, Busi­ness Econo­mics, Accoun­ting or similar.
  • At least 5+ years of rele­vant experience in control­ling, finance or busi­ness part­nering. Experience in the indu­stry and project-based busi­ness is an advan­tage.
  • Strong analy­tical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excel­lent commu­ni­ca­tion skills: you are able to present complex infor­ma­tion clearly.
  • You are comfor­table in a role where stra­tegy and opera­tions come together.
  • Proac­tive, reliable and someone who takes owner­ship.
