Order Collection Policy

Order Process

After sending your order to our Customer Services team, the order will be checked and entered into our system. They will be checking to ensure the following criteria has not been exceeded:

 

  1. Maximum number of order lines = 10

  2. One Collection per day allowed

  3. All items must be in stock at the time of entry

  4. Any item where stock is not available will be removed from the order

 

The Customer Services will also add an additional charge onto the order of £25 to contribute towards the administration of this service.

 

Upon receipt of your Order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Then within 1 hour you will receive a call from our Customer Services team. During that call, the team will confirm the following:

 

  1. Any items that had to be removed due to lack of stock availability

  2. The Collection Reference (required to enter our site)

  3. When your goods will be available to collect. (collections available weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00)

 

Collection Process

On arrival:

  1. Provide Collection Reference Number.

  2. You will then be directed to the Collection Point

  3. You will Electronically Sign for the Receipt of the Goods
