Giveaway: Keep Calm and Tool Up Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is: Hager Ltd whose registered office is at Hortonwood 50, Telford TF1 7FT
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees of Hager Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. The opening date of the giveaway is 22nd July 2024 until 22nd September 2024. After the 22nd September 2024 no further entries will be accepted into the giveaway.
5. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. Only one entry per person per prize will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. A maximum of four entries and four prizes are awarded in the two month period.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows: Post your installation photos or videos of your Hager Invicta TP&N board on your Instagram account. Only installations of Invicta TP&N boards will be accepted for this competition. Ensure each post is public and tag Hager UK (@Hager_UK) in your posts. Receive a link to a form to complete and your prize will be issued in the post.
10. Each install will award you with one prize. These prizes are given in an order and will be allocated accordingly in relation to the prize order given.

Install 3: Bottle Opener.
Install 4: Screwdriver Set.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hager Ltd.
12. Hager Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
13. The prize is as follows:

14. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with any external company in any way.
15. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16. Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram and should provide their details including postal address.
17. Hager Ltd will notify the entrants when and where the prize can be collected / delivered.
18. Hager Ltd.’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. The entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the entrant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hager Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
22. Hager Ltd.’s decision as to those able to take part is final. No correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into.
23. Hager Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
