Terms & Conditions: #HagerGang

Eligibility 

- The HagerGang program ("program") is open to UK-based electrical installers aged 18 or over. 

- Participants must be registered professionals in the electrical trade. 

- Employees of Hager Ltd., its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

 

Participation Requirements 

- To qualify for any t-shirt or reward, you must be opted into Hager communication channels.

- Post a photo of a completed Hager installation on your personal or business Instagram feed (stories will not be eligible for rewards).

- Include the following in the caption of the post ("#HagerGang") and tag Hager UK.

- Ensure the post is publicly visible for verification purposes. 

- The program is valid on the following platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

 

Reward Details 

- Irrespective of the number of shirts, installers can only redeem one (1) t-shirt per installer per calendar month. 

 

- T-shirts are subject to availability and may vary in size, design and colour. 

- T-shirts or Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

 

- On rare occasions, Hager UK may offer alternative rewards such as Costa coffee vouchers, branded screwdrivers or other small promotional items. These alternative giveaways are offered as part of limited-time competitions or campaigns, are subject to the same eligibility and participation requirements as the standard t-shirt reward, are only valid during specific timeframes as determined by Hager UK and are not guaranteed and cannot be requested or exchanged.

- There will be no cash alternative for any items given by Hager UK.

- None of the items offered by #HagerGang are available to purchase.

- Should any item be out of stock at the time of entry, Hager UK reserves the right to substitute said item with any alternative of their choice, should new sock not be expected in the foreseeable future.

- All promotional items are provided "as is" with all faults. There are no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, with any item. 

 

Exclusions 

- Instagram stories or posts without the required tag and hashtag will not be eligible. 

- Duplicate entries or multiple posts in a single month will not result in additional rewards. We do encourage continued tagging in installs as these will still be taken into consideration for Installer of the month competitions. 

- Posts that do not clearly show a Hager installation or are deemed inappropriate or misleading will be disqualified. 

- Hager reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to this program and the issue of any merch for whatever reason. 

 

Verification and Fulfilment 

- Hager UK reserves the right to verify the authenticity of each post. 

- Eligible participants will be contacted via the relevant platforms direct messaging  or email to arrange delivery of the reward.

- Failure to respond within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the reward. 

Program changes and termination 
- Hager UK reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. 

Data Protection 

- By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the program.

- The individual participating in this program through completing the form and tagging Hager in their installation agrees to the use of his/her name the image shared in any publicity material related to #HagerGang. Any personal data relating to the individual will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

- This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook and X (formally Twitter).

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
