Terms & Conditions: HagerGang On Tour

1. The promoter is: Hager Ltd whose registered office is at Hortonwood 50, Telford TF1 7FT
2. The #Hagergang on Tour is a promotion for certified Electrical Installers only, any employees of Hager Ltd or their Wholesaler partners are ineligible for this promotion.
3. The #Hagergang on Tour program is to reward the purchase of Hager products on the day of the “event”. 
a. The Event is defined as the agreed date on which the #Hagergang on tour merchandise trailer will be present at the specific wholesaler partner and as publicised on Hager.com/uk
4. The purchase of any Hager-manufactured product on the day of the event is required to qualify for this promotion. 
a. Proof of purchase, in the form of an Invoice, Collection Note, or other validated document is required for redemption.
5. Historical purchases of Hager products are not eligible.
6. The promotional reward items are limited to a maximum of 1 item per person per day.
7. The maximum value which will be rewarded is capped at £300.
8. The is no cash alternative for any item.
9. None of the items on the #Hagergang on Tour Merchandise Trailer are available to purchase.
10. The promotional items provided by #Hagergang on Tour will be displayed within the #Hagergang on Tour Merchandise trailer on the day of the event.
a. Should there be items out of stock, Hager will endeavor to ship any out-of-stock items within 6 weeks of the event. 
b. Should the out-of-stock item be no longer available, alternatives will be offered.
11. All promotional items are provided “as is” with all faults. There are no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, with any item.
12. Hager reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to this promotion and the issue of any rewards for whatever reason.
13. The contractor agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material related to #Hagergang on Tour. Any personal data relating to the contractor will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. By claiming a promotional reward the contractor is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
