Terms & Conditions: Complete your CPD and get your Hager kit for free
Complete either the Residual Current Devices (RCD) or Surge Protection Devices CPD accredited course through learn.hager.com and be in with a chance of winning your Hager distribution kit for free. Complete both courses to double your chances of winning!
1. The promoter is: Hager Ltd whose registered office is at Hortonwood 50, Telford TF1 7FT
2. The ‘Complete your CPD and get your Hager kit for free’ competition is open for certified Electrical Installers or Contractors in the United Kingdom only, any employees of Hager Ltd or their Wholesaler partners are ineligible for this promotion.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. The promotion is to encourage participation in CPD accredited learning delivered by Hager and reward the winners of the competition with Hager distribution equipment.
5. The promotion will run from 1st February 2024 to 29th February 2024 and any course completions outside of this date range will not count as entry into the competition.
6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The completion of either or both the RCD and/or SPD CPD Accredited course is required to qualify for an entry into this promotion.
7. Completion of the course should be 100% to qualify for entry into this competition.
8. Entries are limited to one course completion of each course per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for course completions not received for whatever reason.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
11.Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hager Ltd.
12. The promotional reward bundles are made up of 1 x VML108SPD consumer unit and a Hager screwdriver set.
13. 70 winners will be chosen who will receive the promotional reward bundles and are limited to a maximum of 1 reward bundle per person. The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Instagram within 48 hours of the closing date.
14. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a week of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. Should the advertised rewards be unavailable, the closest replacement will be supplied instead. Should no replacement be available, Hager will endeavour to ship any out-of-stock items within 6 weeks.
16. The is no cash alternative for any item.
17. The reward bundles are non-transferable.
18. Hager reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to this competition and the issue of any rewards for whatever reason.
19. The contractor agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material related to Complete your CPD and get your Hager kit for free.
20. Any personal data relating to the contractor will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. By entering this competition, the contractor is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. Hager Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
24. Hager Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
