Terms and Conditions: BSB Ticket Giveaway
1. The promoter is: Hager Ltd whose registered office is at Hortonwood 50, Telford TF1 7FT
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees of Hager Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
3. If the winner of the tickets is under the age of 18, they will have to attend the BSB event with a person 18 or over.
4. If you are aged 18 or over and would like to attend with a person under 13, you will not have to utilise the additional ticket due to free entry for under 13’s.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
6. Hotel and travel costs incurred by attending the British Superbike events will not be compensated by Hager Ltd.
7. The opening date of the competition is 10am on Tuesday 24th June until 5pm on 26th June 2025. After 5pm on 26th June 2025, no further entries will be accepted into the competition.
8. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. Route to entry for the giveaway is via Hager UK Instagram page.
10. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. Entry into the giveaway is based on scanning the QR code presented at InstallerShow, and filling in the required details.
15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hager Ltd.
16. Hager Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
16. The prize is as follows:
a. One pair of VIP British Superbikes tickets, with hospitality on the Sunday. Hager will attempt to accommodate the dates requested by the winner, but reserve the right to offer alternatives should that date be unavailable.
17. The winner for the pair of tickets will be drawn at random.
18. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
19. The winner of the tickets will be contacted on the 04th July 2025 via email stating they have won the prize.
20. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 8:30am on 09th July 2025, Hager Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
21. Hager Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
23. The entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the entrant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
24. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hager Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
26. Hager Ltd’s decision as to those able to take part is final. No correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into.
27. Hager Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
28. Hager Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control
