Terms and Conditions: Elex Events - 2022 British Superbike Competition

1. The promoter is: Hager Ltd (01551990) whose registered office is at Hortonwood 50, Telford TF1 7FT  
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over, except employees of Hager Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway. 
3. If the winner of the tickets is under the age of 18, they will have to attend the BSB event with a person 18 or over.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. 
5. How to enter: entrants will complete a form to receive one or more Hager catalogues by post. Each form submission will automatically enter you into a competition draw. 
6. The catalogue request forms to enter the competition can be accessed at the events listed below, during the dates indicated:
a. Elex - Bolton Arena, Bolton
i. Entry starts 03/03/2022 and closes 06/03/2022. 
b. Elex - Alexandra Palace, London
i. Entry starts 29/03/2022 and closes 01/04/2022.
c. Elex - YEC, Harrogate
i. Entry starts 28/04/2022 and closes 01/05/2022.  
d. Elex - ICC, Newport
i. Entry starts 17/05/2022 and closes 20/05/2022.
e. Elex - Ricoh Arena, Coventry
i. Entry starts 14/09/2022 and closes 17/09/2022. 
f. Elex - Westpoint Arena, Exeter
i. Entry starts 20/09/2022 and closes 23/09/2022.
g. Elex - Sandown Park, Surrey
i. Entry starts 03/11/2022 and closes 04/11/2022. 
7. Competition entries can be submitted by event attendees on and during the start and closing dates detailed above. Entries out of these periods will not be accepted into the competition. 
8. Competition entries can been submitted by completing a unique event entry form accessible by a dedicated QR code or by completing an entry form at Hager’s stand at each event.
9. Only one entry will be accepted per person per event. Multiple entries from the same person for a single event will be disqualified. 
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
11. The prizes will be given to two randomly selected competition participants at each of the events listed in point 5 of these terms. 
12. Winners will each receive a pair of VIP BSB Tickets for the 2022 season. 
13. The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
14. Winners notifications - The winners of the tickets will receive a golden ticket via post, within the catalogue order. They will also receive an email, sent to the email address given within the form submission stating they have won the prize. Hager Ltd will notify the entrants when and where the prize can be collected / delivered. 
15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Hager Ltd.  
16. Hager Ltd. is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway. 
17. Hager Ltd.’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
18. The entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the entrant, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 
19. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
20. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
21. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hager Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. 
23. Hager Ltd.’s decision as to those able to take part is final. No correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into.
24. Hager Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 
25. Hager Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
