Hager confirmed as a NAPIT training partner

In a move which sees NAPIT being able to utilise the impressive facilities at the Hager Academy in Telford, this partnership is the first of its kind between the manufacturer and leading government accredited certification scheme provider. 

With the first training course commencing in May 2022, NAPIT members and the wider industry will have access to a selection of relevant courses. Candidates can expect to receive training on 18th Edition Amendment 2 and electric vehicle charge point installations, as well as a host of other exclusive NAPIT training courses at the Hager Academy site available throughout the year.

Head of Training at NAPIT, Brett Forster said “Hager has a great reputation for training, and we are excited to confirm them as an affiliate training partner. We have worked closely with Hager over the years on our roadshows and webinars utilising their expert technical knowledge. Naturally, the next step was to discuss how we can take this partnership further for the benefit of our members and electricians nationwide. Once we visited the Hager Academy and saw how impressive it was, we knew this would be a great location for our training courses.”

NAPIT is a leading government approved and UKAS accredited membership scheme operator with more than 16,500 NAPIT registered installers across the UK. NAPIT has forged a name for itself with its expert training delivery, operating out of their established bases in Mansfield, Bristol and Oldham.
