What are the benefits of logging into Hager Ready?
If you're logged into Hager Ready with your myHager account, you will be able to create an unlimited number of projects, save your projects in the cloud so that they are retrievable on all of your devices, and view and download an unlimited number of documentation. What's more, is that creating an account is completely free!
How can I print documents directly from my mobile device?
If you want to print documents directly from your smartphone or tablet, you’ll need a printer with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection. Once Hager Ready has created the PDF of the documentation, it will open in an app, such as Acrobat Reader. In the app, go to the menu item "Print" and select the printer connected to your end device.
How do I print the labels in the right formatting for my board?
Go to print settings and select "Actual Size" or "Magnification 100%".
I've changed my phone, how to get back all my projects in Hager Ready?
If you have synchronize your projects on the cloud, just logged the new device with the same myHager account. GO in the projects tab. Your project are visible in your list of projects. You can download a project to continue to work on it.
How can I share a project with my co-workers?
Open a project, select team members in the section Share (last section) click on ’Add a colleague.’ You can create a new one or select in the list of recently added.
How do I add my company logo to all documentation from my projects?
You can add a photo from your gallery (a photo saved on your phone):
Click on Project and select the "Settings" icon from the top left corner of the screen. Behind the My Company Profile click on "Add my logo".
You logo will now be visible on all documentation including your labels.
Where can I find my downloaded documentation and brochures?
Downloaded documents are available from "My Account" > "Downloads".
Please note that a maximum of 3 document downloads are allowed for users who are not logged in. To get unlimited access, you must have a myHager account and be logged in.
Why does it take a long time to load the app?
When you start the app, we have to retrieve data such as the product catalogue, project information, country formatting or some new features. Just wait a few moments for the update to complete. However if the app crashes just close it, check your phone’s internet connection and then launch the app again.
How can I create labels?
Create a project and select the tool "create your distribution board." Add products on the rails by selecting product guide, appliances or voice recognition.
How can I edit labels?
In your distribution board rail view, select a modular product, edit the label texts for the application and/or the location in the properties panel.

In the project settings, you can select the label model that will be taken into account to print the label strips on the enclosure;
• 1 pictogram & 1 text for the application + 1 text for the location
• 1 pictogram for application + 1 text for location
• 1 text for application + 1 text for location
The identification codes are always printed on the label strip placed on modular products.
In the project settings, you can select the label model;
• identification code only
• identification code + application pictogram.
Is there a limit in the number of plannable distributors?
Hager Ready is designed specifically for distribution planning. In a project, up to three cabinets with a total of 12 standard mounting rails can be installed and fitted. Experience has shown that larger projects are more complex in order to map them in an automatic circuit diagram. To plan larger distributions, we recommend the Hagercad planning tools.
Can I plan multiple distribution boards in one single project?
Yes it's possible to create up to 10 boards per project. After having creating the first 1 board, tap on the button + to "add an additional board". In the 3 dots menu, you can also duplicate an existing board.
How can I change the current of a product?
When selecting a product, the calibre in Amp is displayed in the bottom field of the screen. tap on this field to change the current value. The product reference is updated according to the new calibre.
How can I add further accessory products, e.g. remote control switch, overvoltage protection, etc.?
If you can’t find the desired product in the predefined application fields, click on the "Catalogue" button on the right. Here you can navigate and select modular products that can be added in the project.
If you want to complete your project with non modular products (or products not drawn in the board) you can also go in the product list and complete your project in the section "manually added.” Here you can navigate through the entire Hager Ready product catalogue.
