6. Trans­fers of personal infor­ma­tion outside the EU/EEA

We operate at a global level and, as a result, your personal infor­ma­tion may be trans­ferred to, and processed in, coun­tries other than the country in which you are resi­dent. In some cases, these coun­tries may be located outside the Euro­pean Union / Euro­pean Economic Area (EU/EEA) and there­fore may have data protec­tion laws that are diffe­rent to the laws of your country of resi­dence.

7. How long we store your personal infor­ma­tion

We will retain your personal infor­ma­tion for as long as neces­sary to enable us to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice and where we have an ongoing legi­ti­mate busi­ness need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requ­ested).

Once the purpose for proces­sing your personal infor­ma­tion no longer exists, or the period of reten­tion has expired, or if you ask us to delete your personal infor­ma­tion, we may continue to store your personal infor­ma­tion for a limited period of time if neces­sary to comply with appli­cable legal, tax or acco­un­ting requ­i­re­ments.
