What an enormous facility! The entire campus covers 250 hectares. 11,800 tonnes of steel (enough to recreate 2 Eiffel Towers) and 58,000 m² of concrete were used to construct both Clonee no.1 and no.2 buildings. The €200 million facility began in April 2016 and quickly became the largest construction project in Ireland at the time.

This five-floor building now houses many departments from the former Harcourt Street police force headquarters. Hager’s main contribution to the project was the lighting connection; the lights, which use state-of-the-art LED and DALI technology, are controlled by presence, absence and daylight sensors.
