Why can't I find my product?
There are a few reasons why your app might not be detecting the product you want to add:
Bluetooth is disabled:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for both your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) and the Hager device.
- You can usually find the Bluetooth settings in your device's control centre or settings menu.
Product already connected but settings lost:
- If the product was previously connected to your phone but is no longer functioning correctly, try removing it from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. Then, try re-adding it to the app.
- To remove a device from Bluetooth settings, navigate to your phone's Bluetooth menu and locate the product. Select the device and choose "Forget" or "Unpair".
Conflicting Bluetooth connection:
Your phone might be connected to another Bluetooth device that's interfering with the pairing process. Try disconnecting any other Bluetooth devices before trying to add the product again.

Why doesn't my mobile device (smartphone or tablet) work with the Hager Mood app?
The products in the Hager Mood range are compatible with Bluetooth 4.2. The smartphone must therefore support this Bluetooth version to ensure optimal operation.
Apple compatible smartphone/tablet: IOS 8 and above, Bluetooth 4.2, iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s,6s Plus,SE, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, Ipad Pro, Air 2, Air, mini 4
Android compatible smartphone/tablet: Android 5.1 mini, Bluetooth 4.2 recommended, not guaranteed to work with Bluetooth 4.1
In some cases, it may be necessary to perform a system update on your mobile device.

What should I do if all my products are displayed "out of range" while the smart phone or tablet is still within range of the products?
Switch your app to the "background" (back to your smartphone's or tablets home screen) and then to the foreground. The products will be accessible again. -
I cannot connect or Bluetooth pair my mobile device with the Hager Bluetooth timer
Go to the Bluetooth Settings on your mobile device:
- Disable then re-enable Bluetooth and wait for the scan to complete
- Check the settings of your time switch and make it visible for discovery if necessary; then wait a few seconds
- Return to the app and tap the icon of the discovered device.
