A family company
Roots, dynamism, courage
In 1955, Oswald Hager (1926-2017) and Hermann Hager (1928-2014) and their father Peter Hager founded the Hager oHG, electrical engineering factory in Ensheim. This laid the foundation for today's Hager Group.
In 1959 the brothers decided to locate Hager in two strategic location at Saarbrucken and Obernai, bringing with them their entrepreneurial flair, dedication to their customers and vision for the future. These fundamentals became the cornerstone of Hager's success and which endure to this day.
