In Poland, Hager is composed of three companies: Hager Production Poland, Hager Polska, and Hager Business Services, each responsible for a different area of activity. One entity focuses on manufacturing, another on sales and commercial operations, while the third provides support to the other two companies as well as to other countries within Hager.

Over time, Hager in Poland has built strong partnerships with wholesalers and established a solid reputation among small and medium-sized installers.

Integrated into Hager since 2002, the site has reached several significant milestones, including the inauguration of new production facilities and the creation of Hager Business Services Sp. z o.o., an entity responsible for supporting Hager’s business activities in Poland and across the entire group.

Their success in the residential market is based on a multichannel approach that leverages the possibilities of digital distribution.  Efficiency gains achieved through digital channels such as applications, configurators, and ordering platforms for warehouses allow them to realize efficiencies with respect to time and resources to generate more growth.

The team strives to strengthen its relationship with existing and potential customers by adopting new working methods such as targeting.  In line with P2030, they aim to play a major role in the project business and become a preferred partner for commercial projects and medium-sized residential buildings.
The success of the Polish team is based on the technical skills of its employees and the proactive management of its business plan. 

Employees appreciate the family atmosphere that prevails in the company. Many have been working at Hager for 20 or even 30 years. The jubilees celebrated every year are a source of pride for the team, which feels like a family.

Poland's greatest international achievements in football are the third-place finishes at the World Cups in 1974 and 1982. Additionally, Poland has already qualified for the European Championship five times. The Polish national team remains a strong team, supported by passionate fans, always hoping for new successes.
