Sabine Busse
Sabine Busse is our Chief Executive Officer. She is a Swiss-German citizen and a highly experienced international executive in the energy, electrical and automation sector. Together with all Hager employees, customers and partners she aims to build a more digitised and electrified future through innovation and collaboration.

Mike Elbers
Mike is handing over the responsibilities asour Chief Marketing Officer to Jeanne Forget until October 2026. Beyond that, Mike Elbers will continue to take on strategic assignments at Hager until the end of 2027, contributing his extensive experience and in-depth expertise to the benefit of the company and its customers.

Michael Flieger
Michael Flieger started his role as Chief Financial
Officer in September 2023. Michael joined Hager in 2020 as Group Product Management Vice President and brings extensive experience in both customer and industrial environments within the electrical and lighting business. With his strong background in end-to-end business ownership, exceptional product management skills, and profound financial acumen.

Jeanne Forget
Jeanne is our Chief Marketing Officer since July 2026. Jeanne’s role is all about making sure that we develop the right offer portfolio in order to best serve our customers and maintaining, renewing and deepening relationships with our existing and future customers. Jeanne brings extensive experience in leading B2B organizations across the commercial and industrial sectors and has successfully managed sales, marketing, and product management teams in various international markets and customer segments throughout her career.
Ralph Fürderer
Ralph is our Chief Technical Officer, he is responsible for engineering and manufacturing as well as supply chain, logistics, group quality & environment. For him the job is all about ensuring we are a reliable and trusted partner for our customers. He is convinced that our industrial carbon footprint can and must be reduced.

Franck Houdebert
Franck is our Chief Group Human Resources Officer. He is responsible for employees at Hager. He is also responsible for part of the sustainability department and Group Communications.
