Since 1959 Hager has a rich history in France with a diverse amount of strategic locations established across the country. Our primary headquarters is located in Obernai which includes production and innovation sites along with the Hager Forum. The Hager Forum is an experience center that hosts special events to promote innovation, collaboration and foster customer relationships. We also have a production site in Bischwiller, a research and development center in Saverne, logistics centers in Vendenheim & Crolles and a digital & innovation hub based in Paris.
In 2015, Bocchiotti / Iboco joined Hager with their respective teams working closely together ever since. Bocchiotti was founded in 1965 and is one of the leading brands for protection tubes, switchboards, exchanges and cassettes, exporting to 42 countries worldwide. The Italian brand has been established for many years with the Iboco brand in France and the US.
Based in Paris, Eficia by Hager and Advizeo by Hager both joined Hager in 2023 and 2024, respectively. The brands are leaders in integrated smart building energy management services and remote control as well as monitoring software. These acquisitions well position Hager’s strategic footprint in the field of energy management.
In France, nobody is left to stand alone on the field. All relevant Hager companies will get involved in real team play to offer the customer an optimal experience.
France was one of the four European teams that participated at the inaugural World Championship in 1930 and have appeared in 16 World Championship, bringing the trophy home twice. “Les Bleus” once again qualified for the tournament, facing Senegal, Iraq and Norway in Group I.
