advizeo by Hager launches AI-powered Energy Copilot
04. May 2026
Developed as part of a pilot project with Métropole du Grand Paris and Tilt, advizeo by Hager has launched a groundbreaking AI tool designed to automate energy management for buildings. Already proving its value across 7,000+ buildings, this smart assistant transforms complex data into actionable insights.
In response to France’s 2030 investment plan call for "frugal AI demonstrators serving the ecological transition in territories", advizeo by Hager, in partnership with Métropole du Grand Paris (Greater Paris) and AI specialist Tilt, has developed the Energy Copilot – an AI-driven solution designed to automate energy monitoring and control in buildings. After successful testing in 9 municipalities, the tool is being deployed across 54 local authorities, covering over 7,000 buildings, to help them reduce energy consumption, cut costs, and meet regulatory targets without compromising comfort or operational efficiency.

A gamechanger for energy managers
The Energy Copilot is a smart assistant integrated within advizeo’s savee platform that transforms complex data into actionable insights, helping public and private organisations achieve their energy goals faster and with less effort.
The Copilot doesn’t just recommend actions – it actively optimizes energy use in real-time by
• Scanning energy data to detect inefficiencies.
• Recommending specific actions, such as adjusting HVAC settings or prioritising renovations, with clear cost- benefit analyses.
• Integrating with the workflow: Validate recommendations with one click and add them to the action plan.
• Adapting to real-time conditions, including weather and grid flexibility, to optimize energy use.
“Local authorities have a direct impact on 15% of France’s greenhouse gas emissions through their buildings and operations. We are proud to contribute our expertise to a territory of this scale. Our next goal is to go even further by working with pilot communities to identify the most effective path toward achieving the DEET targets across entire building portfolios.” Cyril Sailly, President and Founder of advizeo
Proven success and scalability
Developed as part of the ‘ApproprIAtion Métropolitaine’ programme of Greater Paris, the Energy Copilot is already making a difference:
• 54 local authorities across Greater Paris are using it to streamline energy management.
• The French communes of Neuilly-sur-Marne, Colombes and Nanterre are piloting its predictive control features to balance energy use with grid needs.
• Nearly 7,000 sites are already monitored via the savee platform, providing a solid data foundation for AI-driven recommendations.
Growing impact, growing reach
Following a successful pilot phase, advizeo by Hager plans to extend the Energy Copilot to other regions in France and Europe, helping organisations reduce energy costs, meet regulatory targets (like France’s DEET 2030) with minimal effort, leverage AI to make smarter, faster decisions, support grid flexibility and contribute to a more sustainable energy system.
Over the next six months, the tool will be rolled out from currently 5,000 to more than 50,000 sites of public and private organizations. Additionally, more local authorities in the Greater Paris metropolitan area will join the electricity flexibility demonstration project. Future updates will include building works recommendations and real-time savings estimates in kWh and € for every action, making it even easier to prioritise and implement energy-saving measures.
