Conditions of Participation in the “Wired to Inspire” Competition 



  1. This competition is organized by HAGER Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Zum Gunterstal, 66440 Blieskastel, HRA 10002 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The competition is not connected to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by these platforms. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn are not co-organizers of this competition.
  2. Participation in the competition is free of charge. 
  3. By taking part in the “Wired to Inspire” competition, participants accept these Conditions of Participation. 
  4. Participation is not limited to the Organizer’s customers. Each participant may enter only in their own name; multiple participations per monthly reveal are excluded.
  5. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. 
  6. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies are excluded from participation. 
  7. In the event of a violation of the conditions of participation, technical manipulation, or any effort to belittle other creators or foster a negative environment, the organizer can exclude participants from the competition. In such cases, winnings can be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. 
  8. The competition launches in July 2026 and will run as a monthly challenge to ensure year-round engagement. Each monthly challenge will refresh with the same or new prizes. 
  9. To participate, users must complete a two-stage process:

    1. Tag or mention the brand (@hager_global on Instagram, @Hager on Facebook, or @Hager on LinkedIn) in a post featuring their installation. 

    2. Leave a specific comment on the official monthly competition post to finalize the entry.
  10. Before any user-generated content is posted for audience voting or announced as a winner, it must be reviewed by Hager Product Managers. Only installations meeting Hager’s safety and quality standards will move forward to ensure compliance with professional craftsmanship.
  11. To process the competition and deliver prizes, the following personal data are required from winners only:
    - First name and last name. 
    - Postal address. 
    - Telephone number (for delivery coordination). 
  12. The participant(s) assure that the personal data required for processing was provided truthfully and completely. 
  13. The selection will alternate monthly between audience voting (to drive engagement) and using the Pickaw random draw tool. Pickaw is a GDPR-compliant online service that ensures fairness and transparency in digital contest draws. Pickaw does not store or process personal data beyond what is required to execute the draw. A public verification link or certificate may be generated by Pickaw to confirm the fairness of the selection process. The draw will be conducted within two weeks after the competition ends.
  14. The total retail value of monthly prizes will not exceed €44.50.

    September, October, November, December package (Total Value: €43.50):
    - Screwdrivers: €18.00 
    - Pocket Umbrella: €11.90
    - Tennis Socks: €2.90
    - Rolltop backpack grey: €10.70 
  15. The prize in kind is not transferable. 
  16. Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform used for entry immediately after the draw or voting concludes. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification by replying to the direct message within 48 hours. If the winner does not send confirmation within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and the organizer will be entitled to select a new winner. If contact options provided are incorrect, the organizer is not obliged to find the correct data; disadvantages resulting from incorrect details are borne by the participant. 
  17. Prizes will be sent by post to the address provided by the winner, free of charge. Once the prize is handed over to the postal service, the risk passes to the winner. The Organizer is not liable for delivery delays or damage in transit. 
  18. The organizer is not liable for incorrect information that is expressed and disseminated by participants and/or third parties, including any cooperation partners of HAGER, and that is related to the dissemination of information about the competition.
  19. The organizer is not liable for damages due to technical malfunctions, delays, or interruptions in transmissions, unless acting with intent or gross negligence. Claims for compensation due to injury to life, body, and health, as well as essential contractual obligations, remain unaffected. 
  20. Furthermore, the liability of the organizer and its vicarious agents for breaches of contractual obligations and tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply in the event of injury to the life, body or health of the participant or claims due to the violation of cardinal obligations, i.e. obligations that arise from the nature of the contract and whose violation jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract.
  21. A payment of the prize value in cash or an exchange is not possible. 
  22. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if the raffle cannot run as planned, such as the occurrence of computer viruses, errors in the software and hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons. This also applies to manipulation or attempts at manipulation that affect the proper implementation of the raffle.
  23. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners.
  24. If the participant is an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.   
  25. These conditions of participation represent the final regulations for the campaign. If individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become ineffective or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.
