Jeanne Forget succeeds Mike Elbers
as Chief Marketing Officer
Jeanne Forget will become Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and member of the Management Board of Hager effective 1 July 2026. She succeeds Mike Elbers and will be responsible for the company’s global marketing strategy as well as its Project Business area.
With this appointment, Hager further strengthens its leadership organization. In her new role, Jeanne Forget will drive the continued development of the company’s global solutions portfolio, with a particular focus on integrated end-to-end solutions and on expanding the Project Business area as a key growth driver within Hager’s Strategy until 2030.
“Jeanne’s extensive experience and strong leadership capabilities will be instrumental in driving Hager’s continued development and expansion,” says CEO Sabine Busse.

She succeeds Mike Elbers, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the company over many years and will support the transition until October 2026. Beyond that, Mike Elbers will continue to take on strategic assignments until the end of 2027, contributing his extensive experience and in-depth expertise to the benefit of the company and its customers. “We thank Mike Elbers for his many years of outstanding leadership and his significant contribution to the development of our marketing and sales organizations,” continues Sabine Busse.
