Sending projects by email

Sharing projects with colleagues, customers and even Hager's Tailored Solutions team is a quick button press in hagercad.pro. 

 

In the Project Explorer, select the project you want to share and use the 'Email project' option located in the ribbon menu. An email from your default email application will open with the project attached, ready to be sent to your recipients.

Sending projects by email with restrictions

There maybe situations where you want to share a project with someone but restrict access to financial information in the quotation section. In these situations, use the 'Email project with restriction' option in the ribbon menu. An email from your default email application will open with the restricted project attached, ready to be sent to your recipients.

 

When the recipient of your restricted project opens the project in hagercad.pro, the Quotation section in the left-hand menu will display a padlock symbol. If they try to access financial information in the quotation section they will be prompted to enter an access key.

The access key can be generated by you by right-clicking on the project in the Project Explorer and selecting the copy restricted mode key. The key will be copied to your computer's clipboard ready to be pasted to email.
