§ 1 Scope


(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between us, HAGER Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG, Zum Gunterstal, 66440 Blieskastel (hereinafter: HVG) and you as our customer.
(2) The General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to entrepreneurs. § 2 Registration in our online shop; Processing of your personal data

(1) You can only order goods in our online shop as a registered user. As a registered user, you do not have to provide your personal data every time; you can simply log into your customer account before or when placing an order using your email address and the password you freely chose when registering. § 3 Prices


All prices in our online shop are net prices plus statutory sales tax.

§ 4 Payment options and conditions, repayments, offsetting and right of retention

(1) The payment options are communicated to the customer in the online shop.
(2) We offer the following payment options: credit card, invoice, bank transfer and direct debit. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
(3) The customer can change the payment method stored in his user account at any time.
(4) Payment by credit card requires a valid credit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount will be reserved on your card and debited after the goods have been dispatched.
(5) When paying by invoice, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid without deduction within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. The seller reserves the right to only offer the purchase on account payment method up to a certain order volume and to reject this payment method if the specified order volume is exceeded. In this case, the seller will inform the customer of a corresponding payment restriction in his payment information in the online shop.
(6) We use the payment service provider PSP Adyen for payments by direct debit and credit card.
(7) You are not entitled to offset our claims unless your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed. You are also entitled to set off against our claims if you assert complaints about defects or counterclaims from the same purchase contract.
(8) As a buyer, you may only exercise a right of retention if your counterclaim arises from the same purchase contract.
(9) We will automatically arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. When paying by invoice, the transfer will be directed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the associated credit card account.

§ 5 Promotional vouchers

(1) Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a specific period of validity.
(2) Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period and only once as part of an order process. Individual items may be excluded from the voucher campaign. Please note that promotional vouchers may be subject to a minimum order value.
(3) A discount of 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% on the selected license can be obtained using the promotional vouchers. One promotional voucher applies to one order. Any difference to a higher value of the goods can be offset using the payment options offered. The value of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.
(4) Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the field provided before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
(5) If you used a promotional voucher when making your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you are keeping if the total value of the order falls below or equals the respective value of the promotional voucher.
